Ouch!!!
There are not enough words or the right words to express. First they must be wealthy to do all those changes to their bodies. It isn't cheap. Second, it takes a long time! Third... WHY????

You are correct! Once they commit to being that way.. they are stuck with what they have .... including all the mistakes ... I am not so sure this is all art....
